What is customer satisfaction guarantee?

What delivery options are available?
You can have your delivery sent home or to an agent. We use Schenker, DHL and Postnord. Free shipping to Sweden for private individuals when you shop for SEK 400 or more.
Can I return it if I regret it?
If you regret your purchase, you can of course return it at no extra cost. We are responsible for the return shipping. Contact us via our contact form to receive a return slip. Returns must be made no later than 14 days from when you received the item.
How long is the delivery time?
Orders received on weekdays before 12 noon are normally shipped the same day. Normal transport time is 1-2 weekdays. As soon as your shipment is created, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Delivery & contact
Fast delivery
Orders received before 12 noon on weekdays are normally shipped the same day. Orders received after 12 noon are shipped the next weekday. Normally, the shipment arrives the day after it leaves our warehouse.
Track orders
As soon as your shipment is registered with the shipping company, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Via it you can see where the shipment is.
