Orders and delivery
Order confirmation
After your order is received, an order confirmation will be sent to the specified email address. Check that the order confirmation matches your order. If it does not match or if you wish to change your order, contact customer service.
Countries for delivery
Currently, we deliver to Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
Shipping for private customers
Free shipping within Sweden for private customers placing orders over 400 kronor per order. Free shipping does not apply to corporate Postnord Parcel packages. For all other orders, we charge 69 kronor for standard parcels or corporate Postnord Parcel packages (99 kronor).
When shopping as a private customer, we use Postnord MyPack. All shipments are sent to pickup locations as parcels and notified via SMS. This delivery option typically reaches you within 1-5 days. You can track your parcel using your tracking number. This will be included in the email notifying you that your order has been shipped, and you can then follow the parcel's progress via the link in the email or at www.servicepointinrikes.se (Track your parcel by entering your tracking number).
NOTE! When you have placed an order, you as a customer are responsible for providing correct delivery details and that you can verify your identity when picking up the parcel. After we have sent out the parcel, we have no way to change the delivery address or the name on the parcel. Since notifications are sent via SMS, it is important that you provide a mobile number that can receive SMS.
When you have received your delivery, we recommend that you check that everything is complete and that nothing is missing. If something is damaged or missing - contact us immediately at contact@biocool.se and we will assist you further.
Shipping for business customers
Postnord Parcel (delivery by 17:00) Direct door-to-door delivery. 79,2 kronor ex. VAT. Postnord Parcel does not send delivery notifications, so someone must be present to receive the delivery.
Companies and organizations can have their orders delivered directly to the door provided that you provide the street address and any gate code. The company name must be clearly stated on the address so that Postnord can make the delivery.
Unactivated goods
For ordered shipments that have not been picked up at the pickup point, we reserve the right to charge all costs incurred in connection with the return. This fee is 179 SEK including VAT and will be charged automatically. This fee covers the costs of the dispatch fee, return shipping and handling. Payment must be made within 10 days of the invoice date. In the event of late payment, reminder fees, default interest and any collection costs will apply. If you change your mind after we have sent the parcel, you must collect it from your pickup location and return it to us. If the parcel is not collected, it will automatically be marked as unclaimed and subsequently charged.
Delivery time
Delivery time for in-stock products is 1-5 days. Orders placed before 12 noon (weekdays) are normally shipped the same day.
Delivery delays
Even if we do our utmost to deliver the items that have been ordered within the promised delivery time, mistakes can happen. If we are unable to deliver within the agreed-upon time frame, we will contact you to explain the reason for the delay and inform you of a new estimated delivery date. You will then have the right to cancel your purchase free of charge if the delivery time was of essential importance. This also applies to special custom orders.
Payments and prices
Payment terms
By ordering goods from Biocool AB at www.biocool.se you accept the general terms and conditions. The agreement is established at the same time as your order is accepted. By law, you must be over 18 years of age to place an order at www.biocool.se.
We offer the following payment methods: Klarna Checkout (invoice, installment payments, Klarna Direct and card payments).

If you order as a private customer, you will receive your invoice and receipt from Klarna. Businesses will receive their invoice via email from Biocool AB to the email address provided at the time of purchase. The invoice is linked to the personal or organization number used at the time of ordering.
All pages where you as a customer provide personal information during purchase are so-called secure pages (encrypted transfer). Card payments are processed via a secure connection with an SSL certificate issued by Rapid SSL (www.rapidssl.com).
Sales and offers
SALE valid while stocks last. Offers without a clear end date are valid while stocks last. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors that may occur.
Prices
All prices on www.biocool.se are listed in SEK, you can choose whether you want to display prices including or excluding VAT.
Returns and Complaints
Right of withdrawal and returns
Our goal is for you to be satisfied with the item or items you purchase from us. As a private customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. To use your right of withdrawal, you can either use the withdrawal function while logged into your customer account, or contact us via email or phone and return the items to us within 14 days. If you shopped as a guest and want to use the withdrawal function, create a customer account using the same email address you used when placing your order.
Please note that the product(s) must be returned in unopened packaging to be eligible for the right of withdrawal.
Return shipping is paid by the customer when using the right of withdrawal if all or part of the order is returned. Save your return shipment receipt – please remember that you are responsible for the return shipment!

To manage your case, we ask that you »Email Customer Service and provide these details when using your right of withdrawal:
- Order number
- Article number of the products you wish to return
- Reason for return
Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment unless explicitly agreed otherwise, and will be made without unnecessary delay.
Complaint
If an item is faulty, defective, damaged in transit or incorrectly shipped, please contact us at »Email Customer Support and provide:
- Order number
- Article number
- Reason for return
When submitting a return, any applicable shipping costs will be refunded within 14 days of the company receiving the returned item. Return of the item and the refund must be completed without unnecessary delay. For an approved return, Biocool AB covers all costs including all shipping charges. Refunds must be processed without unnecessary delay.
Reservations
We reserve the right to correct typographical and image errors on the website, as well as for final sales, and if a product has been discontinued from our assortment, you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase, or Biocool may offer an equivalent product. We will do this in consultation with you as a customer. This includes, but is not limited to, incorrect prices, errors in product descriptions, and incorrect information regarding stock levels. Biocool AB reserves the right to change, correct, or update the information on the website at any time. Email address and phone number
The reason we require this information from you is so that you can receive an order confirmation, and we need your mobile number to send a delivery SMS alert. Additionally, you will receive newsletters from Biocool via email, but you can unsubscribe. You can do this either by unticking the box in My Account after your first purchase, or if you wish to unsubscribe in conjunction with a mailing. You can also call or email us, and we will remove you from our newsletter mailing list.
Force majeure
Biocool AB shall be exempt from liability for failure to fulfill certain obligations under this agreement if the failure arises from circumstances beyond its control as set out below and if such circumstances prevent, hinder or delay performance. Circumstances beyond control shall include, but are not limited to, governmental actions or inactions, newly enacted or amended legislation, industrial disputes, blockades, fires, floods, sabotage, major accidents or other types of natural disasters. Force majeure also includes governmental decisions that negatively impact the market and products, such as indication restrictions, warning texts, sales bans, etc.

Quarrel
In the event of a dispute, this will be resolved by either the Swedish General Dispute Board (ARN) or the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (EU ODR). In the event of a dispute, Biocool will follow the recommendations of the General Dispute Board.
